Its use is governed exclusively by the provisions of this Regulation and by any additional decisions, guidelines, or approvals issued by the ICF\u2122 Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"932\">This Regulation applies to all forms of logo usage, including printed materials, digital media, audiovisual content, sporting events, sponsorship communications, promotional activities, publications, advertising, and commercial applications.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"937\" \/>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"1msaqfj\" data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"992\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"992\">Article 2 \u2013 Legal Status and Ownership Rights<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1134\">The ICF\u2122 logo is the exclusive property of the International Canicross Federation and is protected under applicable legislation relating to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1241\">\n<li data-section-id=\"pa3eco\" data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1150\">trademarks<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"uqvmyb\" data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1176\">intellectual property<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12mw8ze\" data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1199\">unfair competition<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"10lwe74\" data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1241\">corporate and organizational identity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1342\">Any use of the logo does not imply the transfer of ownership or commercial rights to third parties.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1385\">The ICF\u2122 reserves the exclusive right to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1451\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1589q7n\" data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1398\">license<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1uaj8xg\" data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1411\">restrict<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"n10oco\" data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1422\">revoke<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"eqxpyb\" data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1451\">prohibit use of the logo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1598\">at any time and without prior notice, where it is deemed that the terms of this Regulation are violated or the Federation\u2019s reputation is harmed.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1603\" \/>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"z86toj\" data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1638\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1638\">Article 3 \u2013 Permitted Use<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1794\">The use of the ICF\u2122 logo is permitted only with prior written approval from the ICF\u2122 Board of Directors or another duly authorized body of the Federation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1988\">No use of the logo shall be deemed automatically permitted due to membership, cooperation, participation in activities, sponsorship, or event organization without explicit prior authorization.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"2121\">Approval may be granted for a specific purpose, duration, and scope, and may be revoked at any time at the Federation\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2151\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2151\">3.1 Approved Events<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2243\">The logo may be used in sporting events, championships, cups, seminars, or activities that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2386\">\n<li data-section-id=\"14iqita\" data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2297\">are held under the official auspices of the ICF\u2122<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19sfgff\" data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2338\">have received prior written approval<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1hfb6jp\" data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2386\">are officially recognized by the Federation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2492\">Use is limited strictly to the duration of the approved event and only for related promotional purposes.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2551\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2551\">3.2 Clubs \u2013 Members and National Representatives<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2657\">Officially recognized clubs, national associations, or members may use the logo only with prior approval:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2659\" data-end=\"2815\">\n<li data-section-id=\"5ss8l\" data-start=\"2659\" data-end=\"2681\">official documents<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"22php9\" data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2725\">educational and informational materials<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19eykqo\" data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2738\">websites<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"11kncxi\" data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2764\">official social media<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"177ob7s\" data-start=\"2765\" data-end=\"2815\">presentations and administrative announcements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2817\" data-end=\"2971\">The use must clearly indicate the cooperative or membership relationship and must not imply independent ownership or exclusive representation of the ICF\u2122.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"3026\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2978\" data-end=\"3026\">3.3 Communication and Promotion of Canicross<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3074\">The logo may be used, with prior approval, for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3076\" data-end=\"3285\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1qv39ph\" data-start=\"3076\" data-end=\"3098\">public information<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cs8tv7\" data-start=\"3099\" data-end=\"3138\">promotion of the sport of canicross<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1y3vd34\" data-start=\"3139\" data-end=\"3166\">educational initiatives<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6wc0c\" data-start=\"3167\" data-end=\"3219\">development of sports culture and canine welfare<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qn16qi\" data-start=\"3220\" data-end=\"3285\">dissemination of values aligned with the Federation\u2019s mission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"3420\">All use must be directly related to ICF\u2122 objectives and must not create confusion regarding official representation or authorization.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3425\" \/>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"ispksn\" data-start=\"3427\" data-end=\"3462\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3431\" data-end=\"3462\">Article 4 \u2013 Prohibited Uses<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3464\" data-end=\"3507\">The following uses are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"3509\" data-end=\"3548\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3514\" data-end=\"3548\">4.1 Alteration or Modification<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"3549\" data-end=\"3572\">It is not permitted to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3574\" data-end=\"3747\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1rt60n4\" data-start=\"3574\" data-end=\"3591\">change colors<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ru8eka\" data-start=\"3592\" data-end=\"3608\">alter shapes<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kylwvr\" data-start=\"3609\" data-end=\"3631\">modify proportions<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7s10zd\" data-start=\"3632\" data-end=\"3652\">distort the logo<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"92jywb\" data-start=\"3653\" data-end=\"3670\">crop elements<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1spzlmk\" data-start=\"3671\" data-end=\"3687\">add graphics<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"r5fp4n\" data-start=\"3688\" data-end=\"3716\">combine with other logos<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1no6exy\" data-start=\"3717\" data-end=\"3747\">create derivative versions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3749\" data-end=\"3798\">Only the officially approved version may be used.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"3800\" data-end=\"3836\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3805\" data-end=\"3836\">4.2 Commercial Exploitation<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"3837\" data-end=\"3898\">The logo may not be used without prior written permission on:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3900\" data-end=\"4045\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1f571t8\" data-start=\"3900\" data-end=\"3923\">commercial products<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mh1cvo\" data-start=\"3924\" data-end=\"3936\">clothing<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rs82aj\" data-start=\"3937\" data-end=\"3957\">sports equipment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ly5184\" data-start=\"3958\" data-end=\"3971\">souvenirs<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"m7ddww\" data-start=\"3972\" data-end=\"3998\">merchandising products<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"15862vy\" data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"4027\">sponsor-related products<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1spagii\" data-start=\"4028\" data-end=\"4045\">paid services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4047\" data-end=\"4093\">All commercial use requires special licensing.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"4095\" data-end=\"4133\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4100\" data-end=\"4133\">4.3 Misleading Representation<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"4134\" data-end=\"4169\">Prohibited uses include those that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4171\" data-end=\"4321\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1miacbd\" data-start=\"4171\" data-end=\"4209\">falsely imply official cooperation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"e3tkxo\" data-start=\"4210\" data-end=\"4252\">suggest approval without authorization<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"gs4heu\" data-start=\"4253\" data-end=\"4321\">present entities as official representatives without recognition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 data-start=\"4323\" data-end=\"4366\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4328\" data-end=\"4366\">4.4 Incompatible or Defamatory Use<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"4367\" data-end=\"4403\">The logo may not be associated with:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4405\" data-end=\"4612\">\n<li data-section-id=\"u3lg96\" data-start=\"4405\" data-end=\"4429\">political activities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1a0e564\" data-start=\"4430\" data-end=\"4454\">religious propaganda<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"z9mpws\" data-start=\"4455\" data-end=\"4476\">offensive content<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"8xcvvm\" data-start=\"4477\" data-end=\"4508\">violent or abusive material<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"p8qbkt\" data-start=\"4509\" data-end=\"4549\">practices contrary to animal welfare<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x8kj5h\" data-start=\"4550\" data-end=\"4612\">activities damaging the Federation\u2019s or sport\u2019s reputation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4614\" data-end=\"4617\" \/>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"9bdtfd\" data-start=\"4619\" data-end=\"4663\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4623\" data-end=\"4663\">Article 5 \u2013 Technical Specifications<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"4665\" data-end=\"4759\">The logo must be reproduced in high resolution using only official files provided by the ICF\u2122.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4761\" data-end=\"4784\">It is not permitted to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4786\" data-end=\"4882\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1sswph2\" data-start=\"4786\" data-end=\"4814\">use low-quality versions<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xuwdmp\" data-start=\"4815\" data-end=\"4844\">blur or distort the image<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"bnl6jh\" data-start=\"4845\" data-end=\"4882\">alter proportions during resizing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4884\" data-end=\"4968\">A clear space must be maintained around the logo to ensure visibility and integrity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4970\" data-end=\"5106\">The logo must not be placed on backgrounds that reduce visibility or distort its appearance. Official color guidelines must be followed.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5108\" data-end=\"5111\" \/>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"19s0zxc\" data-start=\"5113\" data-end=\"5173\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"5117\" data-end=\"5173\">Article 6 \u2013 Use in Digital Media and Social Networks<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"5175\" data-end=\"5194\">Use of the logo on:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5196\" data-end=\"5307\">\n<li data-section-id=\"19eykqo\" data-start=\"5196\" data-end=\"5208\">websites<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"a7xehn\" data-start=\"5209\" data-end=\"5235\">social media platforms<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2qijv5\" data-start=\"5236\" data-end=\"5251\">livestreams<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pcwl8l\" data-start=\"5252\" data-end=\"5264\">podcasts<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vf2nxm\" data-start=\"5265\" data-end=\"5280\">newsletters<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ht8v30\" data-start=\"5281\" data-end=\"5307\">digital advertisements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5309\" data-end=\"5466\">is permitted only when related to official or approved canicross activities and provided that no misleading impression of official representation is created.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5468\" data-end=\"5567\">Use as a profile picture, watermark, or primary branding by unauthorized entities is not permitted.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5569\" data-end=\"5572\" \/>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"1ela5gs\" data-start=\"5574\" data-end=\"5612\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"5578\" data-end=\"5612\">Article 7 \u2013 Approval Procedure<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"5614\" data-end=\"5709\">Any party wishing to use the ICF\u2122 logo must submit a written request to the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5711\" data-end=\"5736\">The request must include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5738\" data-end=\"5875\">\n<li data-section-id=\"apkhq4\" data-start=\"5738\" data-end=\"5756\">purpose of use<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"elz2u\" data-start=\"5757\" data-end=\"5769\">duration<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wy9b81\" data-start=\"5770\" data-end=\"5791\">sample or mock-up<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1a9loj6\" data-start=\"5792\" data-end=\"5832\">platforms where the logo will appear<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"t7gdzb\" data-start=\"5833\" data-end=\"5875\">information on possible commercial use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5877\" data-end=\"5908\">The ICF\u2122 reserves the right to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5910\" data-end=\"5970\">\n<li data-section-id=\"14v5ydj\" data-start=\"5910\" data-end=\"5921\">approve<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ututvr\" data-start=\"5922\" data-end=\"5932\">reject<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4s60w5\" data-start=\"5933\" data-end=\"5954\">impose conditions<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6y6pzs\" data-start=\"5955\" data-end=\"5970\">limit usage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5972\" data-end=\"6026\">No approval shall be considered implicit or automatic.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6028\" data-end=\"6031\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"16mipkr\" data-start=\"6033\" data-end=\"6077\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"6037\" data-end=\"6077\">Article 8 \u2013 Revocation of Permission<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6079\" data-end=\"6128\">The ICF\u2122 may revoke authorization at any time if:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6130\" data-end=\"6238\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ao31t7\" data-start=\"6130\" data-end=\"6152\">terms are violated<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2hhsqz\" data-start=\"6153\" data-end=\"6178\">misleading use occurs<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xxtzfi\" data-start=\"6179\" data-end=\"6203\">reputation is harmed<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x3ftky\" data-start=\"6204\" data-end=\"6238\">membership or cooperation ends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6240\" data-end=\"6287\">All use must cease immediately upon revocation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6289\" data-end=\"6292\" \/>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"14h32p8\" data-start=\"6294\" data-end=\"6338\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"6298\" data-end=\"6338\">Article 9 \u2013 Violations and Penalties<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"6340\" data-end=\"6383\">Unauthorized use of the logo may result in:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6385\" data-end=\"6571\">\n<li data-section-id=\"jg61s5\" data-start=\"6385\" data-end=\"6404\">written warning<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"g3tj5q\" data-start=\"6405\" data-end=\"6439\">demand for immediate cessation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ur0mez\" data-start=\"6440\" data-end=\"6482\">revocation of licenses or partnerships<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1epqwsd\" data-start=\"6483\" data-end=\"6508\">exclusion from events<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ig0lxg\" data-start=\"6509\" data-end=\"6571\">legal action under trademark and intellectual property law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6573\" data-end=\"6641\">The ICF\u2122 reserves all legal rights to protect its distinctive marks.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6643\" data-end=\"6646\" \/>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"11s6gsm\" data-start=\"6648\" data-end=\"6685\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"6652\" data-end=\"6685\">Article 10 \u2013 Final Provisions<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"6687\" data-end=\"6810\">This Regulation enters into force upon approval by the Board of Directors of the International Canicross Federation (ICF\u2122).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6812\" data-end=\"6893\">The Federation reserves the right to amend or update this Regulation at any time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6895\" data-end=\"7011\">Any matter not expressly covered herein shall be interpreted and decided exclusively by the ICF\u2122 Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7013\" data-end=\"7095\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Use of the ICF\u2122 logo constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d13a255 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d13a255\" data-element_type=\"container\"
