Athletes from around the world will compete in Canicross, Bikejoring, and Scooter disciplines, across various age categories (men, women, juniors, veterans). The event will take place on a certified natural trail, approved for safety and suitability by the local organizing committee.

Set against a breathtaking natural backdrop, with clean and technically demanding trails through the foothills of the Alps, athletes and their four-legged teammates gave it their all, offering unforgettable moments to fans and spectators alike.

The event broke participation records, with unprecedented entries across Canicross, Bikejoring, and Scooter categories, confirming the sport’s continuous global growth and popularity.

The organization was exemplary, with top-level safety standards, flawless logistics, and the warm hospitality of the local Italian community, which wholeheartedly welcomed all athletes, dogs, and their teams.

The 2023 ICF World Canicross Championship, hosted in Leipa, Germany, concluded with resounding success, bringing together athletes from over 25 countries in one of the most significant events in the sport’s history.

The scenic area of Leipa offered the perfect setting for a high-level championship, with courses designed to respect nature, ensure safety for both athletes and their dogs, and showcase outstanding local hospitality.

Over the course of three days, the event was marked by fierce competition, emotional moments, and an overwhelming sense of unity. Participation in Canicross, Bikejoring, and Scooter disciplines exceeded expectations, highlighting the rapid global growth of the sport.

The ICF World Canicross Championship 2022 concluded with great success in the lush, sport-friendly region of Plédran, France. Under the auspices of the International Canicross Federation (ICF), this world-class event brought together more than 500 athletes from across the globe, offering an intense and emotional experience of high-level competition.

The race routes were meticulously designed with respect for nature and with safety as a top priority for both athletes and their canine partners. Impeccable organization, strong local support, and ideal weather conditions made this championship a memorable moment for all involved.

For three days, Plédran became the world capital of Canicross, hosting races in Canicross, Bikejoring, and Scooter, showcasing the best in the sport and the profound connection between human and dog. Participation from countries across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and beyond reflected the sport’s growing international reach and popularity.

The 2019 European Canicross Championship was successfully held in the beautiful region of Chevetogne, Belgium, attracting athletes and spectators from across Europe. Organized under the auspices of the International Canicross Federation (ICF), the event marked a milestone for the single-dog sports disciplines (canicross, bikejoring, scooter), reaffirming their dynamic growth and popularity.

Set against the stunning natural backdrop of Chevetogne, over 400 athletes from more than 20 countries competed alongside their dogs, giving their all in a challenging, high-intensity course. With exceptional hospitality, ideal weather conditions, and outstanding event organization, the weekend offered a memorable racing experience for both participants and spectators.

The championship showcased not only the high skill level of the teams but also the dedication of those working behind the scenes: volunteers, organizers, judges, and supporters.
